Cocktails for the Curious is back! We are beyond excited to open the season with a collaboration with noted chef, restaurant creator, and friend of the farm: Paul Edward (Bluebird Cocktail Room, Sassafras).

Paul Edward is the co-owner and founder of Baltimore’s Bluebird Cocktail Room. His newest project, Sassafras, is an intimate and fine dining supper club located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, where he is the chef patron. Sassafras will be open in April and May for preview dining with limited seats, and open fully in June. He takes pride and pleasure in working with the best of local purveyors.

This collaboration promises an ambiance heavy evening and a fresh take on a night out for drinks. Come celebrate the new season with three artisanal cocktails paired with seasonal charcuterie crafted by restaurant Sassafras. Paul will lead everyone through the handmade process of each drink- from foraging, to infusing, to mixing. Meanwhile, savor a perfect setting for a memorable date night or for mingling with fellow enthusiasts of creativity and culinary arts.
