April 25, Join us in the Barn for an evening that is sure to be fun. Solo artist Mayo Talbot will be bringing her Old Style Country Music to Star Bright, performing all original songs written by her.

Fresh off the release of her new solo EP “Big Shot”, recorded in Nashville and produced by Grammy award winner, Matt Rollings, Talbot Mayo has been described as “one to watch.” As a singer/songwriter and musician, she delivers memorable performances every time she takes the stage. Talbot's writing weaves together a variety of genres and sounds to create something unique but still relatable.  Rooted in old-time bluegrass and country standards, Talbot’s music also draws influence from honky-tonk and even modern alternative rock to provide a broad appeal while maintaining an unmistakably raw and rootsy identity.

Backing up Talbot are bandmates Luke Chohany on lead guitar, Dave Rich on drums, and her dad, Bill Mayo, on upright bass. Familiar to many regional music fans, these players have performed with a variety of local acts and have decades of experience between them.

Time: Doors open at 5:30. Come early, find your seat, visit the Barn Market and get settled in with a buffet style dinner.

Food/Beverage: Blue Star Farm in collaboration with Stonebridge will be serving up some good ole country food (TBD). Beer/wine and Cheese/charcuterie will also be available for purchase
