Dani Hart
Dani is a yoga teacher with a healthy obsession with lavender and other healing herbs. After working in tech and experiencing her own burnout, she’s taken strides to ensure others have the resources they need when they’re at a crossroads in life. For the last 5 years, she’s focused her research on stress and how to build resilience when the going gets tough. Dani is a top-rated growth mentor, where she’s coached hundreds of high-performing founders through growth and transition. Sunset Yoga Hikes
Mindfully smell the aromas of lavender and attune your senses to joyful birds in the walnut grove and frogs along a wooded pond.
Weathered wood and stone structures remind of a simpler past and invite us into the present. Permaculture farming creates an atmosphere of stewardship and caretaking. Practicing yoga here allows us deeply reconnect to the Earth, and appreciate the beauty of nature and nurture.
