They are perfect when used fresh from the freezer for a cooling effect on puffy eyes and migraines, warmed carefully in the microwave for dry eyes and head aches, or at room temperature for relaxation and acupressure wherever and whenever you need it.
When heating, heat in small increments of 10 seconds, kneading the pillow between each round to evenly distribute and gauge internal heat. Do not overheat.
Fluff up the flax and lavender filling to release more lavender goodness as desired.
