Our blueberry compote is started and finished on our farm. Our Blueberries are grown in accordance to the practices of organic regenerative farming.

Our compote is made with organic honey as a sweetener and is less sweet than traditional jellies and jams. The consistency is looser making it a perfect topping to poultry pork and ice cream
