Let’s kick off summer with fun lovin’ Baltimore-based roots/Americana band The Old Part of Town . This will be our first Sunset Concert of the season with the celebration of the Summer Solstice!

Featuring original songs which mine the rich musical landscape of folk, rock and roll, country-western and blues, The Old Part of Town's live shows are peppered with covers of hidden gems from an eclectic range of musical sources. Seasoned players performing well-crafted and timeless material, showcasing tight vocal harmonies and tasteful musicianship, The Old Part of Town brings a wealth of musical knowledge and abilities to the stage, with a natural, easy-going manner and a genuine, infectious camaraderie.

Bring your own chairs or picnic blanket and sit on the hillside next to our lavender field.

Food, Boordy Vinyards wine, and Diamondback Beer will all be available for purchase. No outside food/drinks allowed.

This is a dog and kid friendly event! (We do ask that your dogs are respectful of our plants and bushes.)

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to enter our store without an adult.

Join us for a very special Holiday Wreath Making Workshop with talented Sarah Malphrus. We have been collecting and drying all natural materials for months and we are excited to share what we have preserved for this class. All guests will begin with a pre-made evergreen wreath that will then be embellished with many collected fresh and dried bits of nature from the Farm.

Take home a beautiful wreath that you have made. Give as a gift or share with your front door!

From 11:00 - 3:00 Monkton Road Band will be playing and we will have Chilly, beer and wine available for sale.

One of our favorite events of the year - - A perfect day to bring the family out to the farm to enjoy food, music, farm tour and activities.

This year we will have the favorite kid’s straw bale maze, tours with farmer Peter, tractor wagon rides, Diamondback’s Blueberry Beer made from Star Bright Farm’s organic blueberries and our Barn Market will be fully stocked for all of your seasonal shopping!

Music will be throughout the day starting with Riverside Shakedown (11-2)am and ending with Caleb Stine ( 3:-6 PM).

Park n Perk will be here to cover your caffeine needs and Diamondback Brewing and Boordy Vineyards are here for the day aw well.

Find your inner Van Gogh at the Star Bright Farm painting workshop Saturday, September 17th from 2-4. Learn to paint a floral arrangement of flowers picked from the farm. Award winning artist Pat O’Brien will guide you through the painting process, revealing professional tips about color, technique and more. All supplies are included. Come ignite a new skill, chat with an inspiring group, enjoy light refreshments, and have fun!

Join us Saturday May 28th for another barn concert! 

Michael Joseph Harris of Ultrafaux and Hot Club of Baltimore will be jazzing up the barn in this intimate spring showcase. This will be an indoor event but weather permitting we will be opening up the barn doors to let some of that wonderful springtime air in!

Food will be available for purchase on site - menu to be announced soon!

This event will be BYOB and no outside food will be permitted - we want to fully support our food vendors!

The ticket cap will be at 50 for this event and is expected to sell out! Because this is an indoor seated event we ask that you grab a babysitter for the kids and leave any pups at home - there will be plenty of outdoor events to bring them to this Summer!
