Snow Day

Each day we try to take a walk on the farm. The exercise is good for the dogs, and for us in both body and spirit. Every walk feels magical, like it is the first time seeing it all. It is particularly breathtaking when the farm is covered with a blanket of snow. There is a quiet, calm serenity that takes over making each view simple and stark. The horizons become clear and uncluttered. We treasure these rare snowy days.
