On Beauty - An Evening of Music & Poetry

Steinway Artist and Baltimore Symphony’s Resident Keyboardist Lura Johnson invites you to experience transcendent beauty through a program of music and spoken word. Join Lura in a world where beauty transcends mere pleasure, transporting you to a place of serenity, inspiration, and even spiritual peace. Day will turn to dusk as you breathe in the music of Boulanger, Schubert, Bach, and Beethoven in this extraordinary open-air rustic barn in the rolling hills of northern Baltimore County.

As Lura is a Steinway Artist, they are delivering a concert grand piano for the performances!

Come early and shop the Star Bright Farm Barn Market while savoring a signature cocktail hand crafted from locally sourced ingredients. This will be an evening that is magical from start to finish.

Each night opens with a welcome complimentary cocktail hour beginning at 6:00pm. Concert begins at 6:30pm (runs ~1 hour). Reception after the concert - Prosecco and Dessert with Lura.

Picnics are encouraged before the concert! Bring your own or visit The Shooting Star Cafe for snacks, sweets, and “build your own” charcuterie board. Sit on the hillside and enjoy the afternoon views of the farm.

Please refrain from eating during the performance.

No dogs or children for this event please.

$75 per person - Cocktail hour and after concert reception included (2 drinks and dessert)
